THE HAPPINESS TREATMENT

Floor Thirteen is thrilled to announce its second season, “The Happiness Treatment,” consisting of five brand-new, unsettling pieces premiering at The Tank this October:

I. The Procedure: A woman returns home after receiving a sensational new Treatment for unhappiness, but her friends find that she doesn't quite seem herself.

II. The Encounter: An idealistic student takes an otherwordly being prisoner, only to find it knows more about her than she knows about it.

III. The Newsroom: Visitors from another world may have taken over society, but the morning news still gets done.

IV. The Performance: When the leading man of a play is murdered, the show must go on - but can the cast figure out whodunnit first?

V. The Escape: A group of rebels take refuge from the world in an abandoned mall, but they find some problems aren't so easy to run away from.
